When will I receive my order?
To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Fulfillment Time: Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your made-to-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s *2--5 business days for all products.
Shipping Time: Shipping time can usually be expected within *5--10 business days. This time is heavily dependent on the type of product you ordered, as well as your shipping address.
*These time frames are estimates, but not guarantees.

What is your policy on returns/exchanges?​​
Any products that are damaged, misprinted, or defective may be eligible for a refund or replacement at our cost. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order and photographic proof may be required.

Due to products being made-to-order, we don’t accept returns or size/color exchanges.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed and fulfilled, you will receive another email with shipping information. This information will include the courier's name as well as a tracking number and a link to track your package if available from the courier.​

What countries do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We'll be looking to expand soon so check back periodically or sign up with your email to get notified.

How do I cancel/modify my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, send us an email as soon as possible. As long as your order hasn't entered fulfillment, canceling or modifying your order is a breeze. If your order has already entered the fulfillment process, cancelling or modifying your order is still possible but may result in extra charges. Our email address is located at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
